I was always a skinny kid (165 lbs at high school graduation) and adolescent and wanted to put on some muscle and stay in shape.
Why I Love It:
Working hard makes me feel good. As I have gotten older I have gotten smarter and learn from each workout and each day. I know that when I don't work out I feel like crap.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to stay in shape and be able to maintain and build muscle from age 50 and beyond. I am currently in the best shape and am the strongest I have ever been.
BB Accomplishments:
I got my wife and son interested. I think my daughter may jump in any time, she is becoming curious.
Forum Signature:
Be patient; the persistent work of a determined individual will bring great gain.
To clean up my diet, continue lifting and incorporate more cardio to bring out more muscle definition
Goal (Long):
I am currently around 215; I would like to maintain my current weight but continue to lose fat. As part of this, with current injuries, I need to design my weight workout to get maximum benefit from lighter weights.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?

I haven't been getting on here as often as I would like, but with the exception of my wife being gone, it has been a good week. I still had one of my lifting parters, my son, so I was good to go. He is 16, and is getting fairly muscular. He has a thin frame like I did at that age but he...
Hi Brady! Things are going pretty well here. A lot of end of the year activities when I had hoped they would be slowing down. LOL. The preparation for the 1/2 is going pretty well. Not getting the weeknight workouts in as I need to, but I'm getting the longer weekend workouts in so I'm happy about that. We're finally warming up a bit out here. With the cold it's felt like Idaho for the whole week! LOL
The back was a little stiff all weekend from the deadlift on Friday, but no pain. I will be deadlifting again Wednesday...carefully. Thanks Brady, have a great day.
