How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
8-12 up to 15 depending on the exercise. I have found this range of reps to bring on the best burn and muscle growth. I also try to extend my sets by doing drop sets or X-reps to really feel the bur...more

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
At least a minute, but it depends on the workout.

Thanks Brady and thanks for the congrats to my son. I think it will be a great experience for him. I will let you know how the 5x5 works for me. I am following the Bill Starr template to the T and it shows at the end of 12 weeks a pretty good increase in the major lifts. We shall see.

I'm not completely sure about 5x5 - but the general idea is 5 lifts for 5 reps at heavy weights - it's supposed to be a great strength/mass workout. I'll be doing more research on the net and with other Bodyspacers I'm sure!

if you can find them, pls. send them to me, I prefer peer reviewed. I already had a few PhD's ding NO supplementation and I have not found anything yet to support "the claims". Cool research BTW!!

Searching around for research to support NO usage and have not found anything yet. So far I found: Plasma Nitrate/Nitrite Levels are Unchanged after Long-Term Aerobic Exercise Training in Older Adults on PubMed, if you have any place that you can direct me too, would you please send me a link. Thx.

Man the stuff has done the trick. I'm lifting heavy on flat and incline. I'm even doing skull crushers. I'm really happy. And think I haven't used the stuff in 2 months. Hope all is working out for you.
