On another note I HATE having to eat right, hahaha I'm the type of person that just wants to eat whatever I want whenever and can normally get away with it but I have to keep myself disciplined which sucks...Let me know how your fitness thing goes, I'm sure that will be fun. I will let you know how I did after it is finished. For training I've really been pushing myself to get stronger and bigger but keeping my cut/toned definition and I'm feeling pretty good.

Oh you can only go up from where you are at currently, I mean even before you started your strict diet and training you were a very attractive women and just from talking to you, you are very outgoing and have a good personality and those are two important factors in a competition I think, just the way you hold yourself or show yourself ya know.

hey whats going on beautiful. Before I say anything else I gotta say your new profile pic is something to look at! Good pic ;) I'm doing well, I actually have my first competition while being here in Iraq this upcoming Monday. So I am preparing for that. Wish me luck!! How is life and training on your end? And how have ya been or whatcha been getting into? It will get boreing after awhile just talking about the gym so we can talk about other shit, lol..

yo thats good to hear then. As for me training is going well also. What are you lifting now-adays? You making mass improvements? I have my first competition while being here in Iraq this upcoming Monday. So I am preparing for that. It is a weight lifiting competition.

Hey whats up, training is going well. Just did Shoulders today and I was in the zone. Went up in weight in a lot of my exercises so I'm happy about that. How is everything going for you?

For my Arms day I'm off of work so I'm normally in the gym for a long period of time. I smoke my all parts of my arms. If you want to know what I do I will give you my routine for that day in an pm. Hope training is going well!

Oh yea w/e, I bet its the "Dirty Dancing" ;) haha What is your job? I would rather be working inside an office then outside in the heat. I mean it is worse here because it is over 100% but ya understand, lol. Cardio is coming along quite well. I increase how long I run and how fast I run every few days. Its a smoke session but I love the feeling after I'm done, not to mention I'm prepared for a great workout in the weight room afterwords.

lol well its always good to have fun. You enjoy dancing huh? Thats one of my passions, and have to admit I'm not to bad ;) I always like having fun also, no reason to be serious 24/7. I'm doing good tho, thanks for asking. Got a day off so I have today and tomorrow off, exhausted so I'll waste no time catching up on rest. Going to do laundry and eat right now. How was your day?

Nice, I used to hate doing legs but made myself do them! Is the Smith Machine a good exercise for legs? I try to stay away from most machines cause I've always heard they tend to help you and you don't get the full workout like you do with free weights. I could be wrong tho. Do you train all aspects of legs? Like for me now I do squat, leg press and then weighted lunges and thats it since I'm cutting down(including cardio before each workout).

Hey thanks, I'm training hard. Just got back from the gym; today was shoulders. Made a new routine to start toneing up more and defining more for my first photoshoot when I return to the states. How is training going for you?

I am great, just got off work and am about to head back to my living area. Im sore from the gym too, did shoulders today and since I've been doing a lot more cardio that is really kicking my ass...lol What did you workout?

lol well yeah I would love to see snow. I'm originally from Ohio so I always seen snow every year. I miss it and then I don't, I like living on the boarder line of florida, ride my street bike to the beach every weekend all year...

Well for my training I just switched it up. If you want what I was on I could give you what I did for each day and the exercises I did..Just let me know; its what worked best for me.
