Improper Form, too much weight, showing off instead of focusing on themselves

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Deadlift or Squats
If you don't have the proper gear, knowledge, understanding, spotter then you will do too much weight or improper form and mess yourself up.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
It was a back injury. I was injured for a few months. I recovered by not working out from the time I injured my back untill I got it checked out and cleared. I hurt it benching, problem was that I didn't have as much understanding or knowledge of how to do the proper form or weight, etc as I do now.It was a back injury. I was injured for a few months.
