I got started back when I was in highschool. Always played sports and was in decent shape. Then March 2009 I was deployed to Iraq and a few friends that were bodybuilders prior to the military got me interested in the sport. Since then I have never stopped!
Why I Love It:
Because of the way it makes me feel. I love seeing results and love knowing that I am in control of how I transform/sculpt my body. Also the compliments from other people is a plus!
How I Stay Motivated:
By working for those goals that I have set for myself. Also when I'm not working out, I enjoy seeing the results of others that I train.
BB Accomplishments:
As of shows or compeitions mothing yet; but soon will!
Due to my passion for bodybuilding I become a certified Personal Trainer. Being able to help others is great!

Improper Form, too much weight, showing off instead of focusing on themselves

Deadlift or Squats
If you don't have the proper gear, knowledge, understanding, spotter then you will do too much weight or improper form and mess yourself up.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
It was a back injury. I was injured for a few months. I recovered by not working out from the time I injured my back untill I got it checked out and cleared. Training still going well...just got back from Florida today after 8 days. Friggin wicked chilly back here in New England..did not want to come back. headed to San Anton next week then i start teaching back up!
