thanks for the words bro and good luck on your goals... gaining is hard 'cause it makes me feel fat and then I want to cut again, so I just gotta stick with it, but if you are 192 thats a great weight I haven't got that high yet...

Get some branch chain amino's take them everyday... eat five small meals totaling somewhere between 3,000 and 3,500 calories... and when you are trying to cut get down to about 2,000 to 2,500 and get this stuff from gnc called water ex or something like that and oh yea... work out for about an hour a day... two days active recovery and five days weight training... thats what I do, and it seems to work... good luck man

well enough I suppose, but I seem to be stuck at my weight, but I am sure I just need to switch to a new routine. Good luck with your goals
