Wonderful workout today guys. He is a true athlete and I would always be proud of him, but I am really amazed by his athletic ability. I can't wait to see him play on saturdays. Then maybe even sundays.
Thanks man, I'm just working out 5 days a week,four days are dedicated to muscle development you know biceps triceps delts etc. n i take the weekends out for cardio
