physical therapy back in 2004 gave me my first dose of lifting, which I neglected for the next year or two.
Why I Love It:

At the end of December 07, I was able to do two pushups. I previously had surgery May 25th on my left shoulder and surgery Sept 20th on my right shoulder. Most people in the fitness class made fun of me for being weak. During the PT test five months later I beat out every person in that class in the pushup part!

Hey man, a few days back you posted a comment on my forum about my back hurting while i sleep. Nah i don't sleep on my stomach, if i sleep on my back, it hurts more I have to sleep on my sides. I'm gonna try to do back extensions, back stretches, work on form on squats, deads *when i do em again* and *BB Rows and if i have to, use med patches doc gave me (motrin for of a patch sorta) I plan to get a softer mattress cause i already have a foam mattress and it hurt worse. What you think man?
