My Father got me into weight traing at 14 and loved it ever since..I have been lifting at a competion level since 99. My brother got me into bodybuilding when he was in highschool in 95' he did a bodybuilding comp. held at the high school. He helped me prepare for it and I won my first show and was thirsty for more.
Why I Love It:
Love to help people reach goals they have for themselves whether it be to lose 20 lbs or be able to do fitness modeling...to see the reaction of a goal met is something worth gold to me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I train other athletes that want to improve in their goals and strengths. In that they keep me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
I have competed internationaly for the ABA/INBA to Australia and New Zeland. I have placed in the top five in the world for the Teenage and Jr. Mens catigory in 2003. I have done 20 comps. Since this I have qualified to compete in Germany for the Universe. I have two shows coming up in June one of the shows I will be reciving the Athlete of the Year award for 2008.
