Three Day Split: (The order of the excersises changes everyday, and I may replace excersises)

Day 1: Biceps and Back

Day 2: Chest and Triceps

Day 3: Shoulders and Forearms

Day 4: Legs and Abs

Day 1

Biceps

  1. E-Z Barbell Curl
  2. Dumbbell Curl
  3. Preacher Curl
  4. Hammer Curl
  5. Incline Curl
  6. Century Set Barbell Curl

Back

  1. Wide Grip Pull-Ups
  2. Bent Over Rows
  3. One Arm Dumbbell Rows
  4. Dead lifts
  5. Regular Pull-Ups
  6. Reverse Grip Pull-Ups

Day 2

Chest

  1. Bench Press
  2. Incline Bench Press
  3. Dumbbell Bench Press
  4. Push Ups

Triceps

  1. Overhead Tricep Extensions
  2. Skull crushers
  3. Tricep Dips
  4. Tricep Extensions
  5. Bench Dips
  6. Close Grip Bench Press

Day 3

Shoulders

  1. Military Press
  2. Lateral Raise

Abs

There are no set number of excersises or even a set excersise I like to do I just go by feel and what they feel they need.
