I would really like to lose around 30lbs to start off with. Lean out a little and spend more time in the gym...Forget 30 lbs... I'm going for 50lbs.. We'll see what happens... Today is a new day!
Short-term goal, gain a good amount of lean mass(less than 7% body-fat), develop a stronger and more 'present' body structure (mainly chest), continually improve and learn, whilst living each and every day of my life to the full!
Get rid of most the fat and put on some serious muscle. I would like to weigh about 190 at 10% bf within the next 2 years. I would like to develop a rogram for myself that is intense but give nice results.
