Working overseas is no-days-off, 80 hr work weeks... my sleep is down to 4 hours a night. Lol, and yet - my sanity check is being at the gym or pool. I've noticed you can be anywhere in the world, but when your looking up into the fluorescent lights just on the other side of your dumbbells... nothing else matters, an escape like no other!

I'm going easy on back and chest right now because I have small joints and I don't want to sacrifice back growth for arm growth. Once the tendons of the elbow and wrist become overworked the biceps go to hell.
