I had always work-out to stay in shape when I was younger. Time passes you by faster than you think.Next thing you know your FAT. It was time for me to renew the person I really am and the person I can be.
Why I Love It:
I love challenging myself. I never feel that there is something I can’t do. Lifting weights puts those Challenges in front of me to keep me going. Always have to go heaver or one more rep than last time.
How I Stay Motivated:
Everyone I see on the site looking the way I want to look. Friends and Family that notice the changes day to day.

Things are great. Just went to kids xmas concert at school and working my last shift today then on mat leave. Not due til the end of Jan but was getting hard on my back and feet so time to take a break. Happy Holidays :-)

I forgot, you asked about my leg. I had vein surgery called ablation (really more of a procedure but they call it surgery) to kill a vein in my leg that wasn't working properly. I'm good, just bruised. But thank you for asking.

Yes, I'm still using the scivation products and just recently re-evaluated my diet. I've been on the Paleolithic since Thursday and already lost 3 pounds. Going for the cut look now :)
Nice deads! That is quite motivating to hear. Have you tried allowing yourself one cheat meal on the weekend? I try to prepare some meals in advance, not sure if you do that. It helps me somewhat. For abs, hanging leg/knee raises are the bomb...3 sets of 12 every three days with a med ball.
