What can I say, I was the fat kid growing up! Once I figured out where I was going wronge, I've cleaned up the act and kept off over 60 lbs.
Why I Love It:
Getting cut, looking sexy, this is a no brainer! Aside from the obvious answers, its like releasing the pressure on the day's stress buildup. You blast the music, you get in the zone. It's like a drug.
How I Stay Motivated:
After about a good two weeks worth of strong results, how could anyone NOT stay motivated?!
BB Accomplishments:
Lol, my greatest accomplishment is always my next goal.
On january 4th, my ultimate goal is to be down to a lean 170. I want to be able to perform the 300 trial:
25 Pull ups
50 Deadlifts, 135 lbs.
50 Push ups
50 24" Box Jumps
50 Floor Wipers
50 Kettle Bells (25/25 split) 36 lbs.
25 Pull ups
I want to be able to perform this in under 30 minutes, and as an addition - I want to bench over 300 lbs.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
6%

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I adhere to the eating every three hour rule. Strictly. If I'm in the middle of a meeting, I'm that jerk in the back tearing open a bar. I don't care. When it comes to lifting, if my body needs the nutrients, I feed it. I'm always on the lookout for good meal recipes. Lately I found that Body for Life had some good stuff listed on their site. They include serving portions and calorie content for their meals. There are a number of other sites as well that offer great content, though for me, I am a beef and chicken stickler. Those are the main course meals. If I'm going to snack, I eat a package of tuna. If I'm pre-packing a snack, it's tuna mixed with rice and sweet corn with Italian seasoning. The bars I'm eating are the lower sugar Detour bars. I know there are better ones out there, but these puppies are CHEAP. Once I kill this box, I'm going to scourge for the next best bar.I adhere to the eating every three hour rule. Strictly. What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Standing, alternating bicep curls. Starting with the weights facing perpendicular to my body at my sides, to raised and parallel with my shoulders. The biggest gains I've ever gotten were from performing sets like this. Standing, alternating bicep curls. What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Rope pulls downs. A twist out towards the bottom for that extra little burn. Seems to make them stand out and say $#@^ YOU! Lol
Why is it that right when you start something, and you are so committed, the world and life comes at you like a raging bull? Well.. there were a whole lot of personal issues that had to be taken care of here in the past few months. So I never did even show up for the competition. Aside from that,...

thanks! I know I had to give up my coffee since I don't like it black! I still take green tea but after 30 days I'm going to give that up too. I feel incredible! And happier too!
Hey there, thanks for the compliment. I actually started out cutting out sugar, and then I kept fine tuning my diet. And then when I really got into training, I started adding the supplements in. Gotta keep the body guessing. This is where the real changes happen. How are things in Vegas?
