How I Started:
Started a few years back, but didn't start working out with a trainer and getting really serious until last year. I've had a few setbacks, but I'm back in the game now!
Why I Love It:
It's a natural high, and I love to see results! I started kickboxing/boxing just for fun and self defense..it's the best cardio! Now I'm trying to improve my game in that as well...
