Wanted to gain muscle mass to improve athleticism, look better, and feel healthier.
Why I Love It:
Become the best fighting machine I can for the US Army. Feels great to burn energy and relieve stress. I love seeing results. Stay in great shape for boxing.
How I Stay Motivated:
The enemies of America aren't resting so that idea keeps me motivated. I'm very goal oriented and will be an Army ranger, which is extremely physically taxing.
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining 30 lbs of muscle since beginning and holding at 5-6% body fat.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Arnold Schwarzenagger. Granted he popped pills and everything, which I hate, he was still so far ahead of everyone else in bodybuilding when he was at his peak it was sick. How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
4-6 on some exercises, then high rep at the end. Build power and strength with low reps at the beginning for size, then high reps to burn out and tone at the end.

Yes, I did try it .. on accident! lol I went to Destin for a week and didn't do any while I was there. Stomach did get smaller... still no 6 pack though! Congrats on the modeling gigs ... Hey, good to hear from you. The shoulder was doing better last week so I decided to add in some upper body stuff. Now it's sore again. What happened to your back? You didn't let somebody get a punch in did ya? lol
LOL You're up late... been visiting more bars? I got a massage on friday and my therapist said he didn't think I have a torn rotator cuff or he wouldn't have been able to stretch my shoulder like he was. Anyway, he mentioned exercises too. Now, I think I'll get a second opinion! I'm sure I should be doing something other than random stretches.
