How I Started:
I got started working out when i started boxing at the age of 11 and started weight training at the age of 17.
Why I Love It:
Because its a healthy life style and relieves stress.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at the people who are better than me.
BB Accomplishments:
When i stared lifting weights i was 120lbs and only was able to bench 135lbs but 9 months later i still was at my beginning weight and was able to lift 185lbs
