Flat barbell bench press
Incline barbell bench press
Dips
Barbell pullover
Barbell military press
Barbell upright row
Barbell clean and press
4 sets each 15,8,8,6 reps 60-90 secs rest
Tuesday:
Cardio 30-45 HIIT
Abs
Wednesday:
Cardio 30-45 HIIT
Abs
Thursday:
Barbell squats
Front barbell squats
Deadlifts
Barbell stiff legged deadlifts
Pull ups
Bent over barbell row
4 sets each 15,8,8,6 reps 60-90secs rest
Friday:
Active Rest day
Abs
Saturday/Sunday:
1 hour cardio- Treadmill, Steps, Bike
