Compound time!

OK thinking of hitting this routine for next weeks to see how things go... Comments/ideas/input would be greatly appreciated..

Monday:

Flat barbell bench press

Incline barbell bench press

Dips

Barbell pullover

Barbell military press

Barbell upright row

Barbell clean and press

4 sets each 15,8,8,6 reps 60-90 secs rest

Tuesday:

Cardio 30-45 HIIT

Abs

 

Wednesday:

Cardio 30-45 HIIT

Abs

Thursday:

Barbell squats

Front barbell squats

Deadlifts

Barbell stiff legged deadlifts

Pull ups

Bent over barbell row

4 sets each 15,8,8,6 reps 60-90secs rest

Friday:

Active Rest day

Abs

 

Saturday/Sunday:

1 hour cardio- Treadmill, Steps, Bike

Abs

  • I just need to find my mojo again Holli. I'm changing shift patterns this month and after a long period of nights I'm struggling to adjust to days again :( I'll get there but I don't like 1 step forward 2 back, thats disheartening.

Bowsh Good all over body workout today with abs and cardio, only whinge was doodlebops on 3 of the TVs one above the squat rack! I mean c'mon!

Bowsh Didn't get to the gym today as change in my working day. Now it's 1am and I don't think 1/2 hour lifting in the basement will hurt do you :)
