Worked out off and on for 15 years. I go in spurts. A few years ago I worked out for over a year straight (4-6 days a week) and was in the best shape I've ever been in. I want to get back to that point and go beyond.
Why I Love It:
I like being pumped up and the look and feel of being pumped up.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing myself get pumped up. Seeing pictures of Pro's working out and being pumped up.
BB Accomplishments:
Just getting to where I am at today.

I tried 2 bottles of this. Not sure how much water weight I had before I started these pills. I did loose about 3-4 pounds, not sure if it was because of the pills or not or if it was water weight or not. But I do look a little leaner.
I have a 3 day workout that I rotate through. I also have a 6 day workout which is the first 3 days workout, then the next 3 days is the same muscle groups but different exercises. Hope that makes since. Updated 5-26-09. I took out the set and reps, I do 3 sets of everything and my rep vary...
