Overall Goal: Hunting for a Natural Pro Card in 2010, but more than that I want to be a positive role model for Natural Bodybuilding. All glory goes to God, for by his Grace I am saved with Faith in Jesus.
Started High School freshman year to improve for Football (second smallest on the team). I never played football again as I was trying to build my body. Competed at age 17, stopped working out at 19 to raise my family of what would become 3 children (its all or nothing for me). I vowed to return to the stage for Masters at age 40, so in Feb 06 at the age of 37 I began working out again. Through prayer and perserverence I am back to bring Glory to Jesus's name, through the Temple I have been given. I couldnt wait so I did my first comp after 21 years in Aug 07. Praise God, for he is good. The Best is yet to come. Proof that muscle doesn't turn to fat.
Why I Love It:

The Love of the sport timeless
The look on the face of the young men trying to go out with my teenage daughters the first time I meet him....Priceless
There are some things money can't buy, that's why we have Jesus. For everything else its hardcore Gym time.
How I Stay Motivated:
Read Natural Bodybuilding Magazine and continue to push myself. I also look to God's word to pump me up. The best is yet to come. "Commit your actions to the LORD, and your plans will succeed." Proverbs 16:3,

Goal (Long):
I would be honored to be a Pro Natural Bodybuilder so I can bring glory to God and all he can do with this amazing body he has trusted to me.
I am also planning to become a certified personal trainer by 2010, to assist others in making fitness a lifestyle.
Life is too short to miss out on Gods best, that he has prepaired in advance for us.

When I first saw Brad back stage at the 2008 Cap City show, I had to redefine my definition of RIPPED and Shreaded. I was able to spend some time backstage this year with Brad and got to know the man a bit more and look forward to building a lifelong friendship with a true Champion. Thanks for all your help and time backstage, looking forward to seeing you in September. Brian
Strength is a funny thing some times, at times is like a roller coaster ride. Today I was able to do my personal best on EZ Bar skull crushers. This is my first exercise in my tricep arsenal, I love the feeling of barely lifting extreme poundages just above my forehead. Ya so Im a little twisted....
Thanks for thinking of me this last weekend Brian. This was the best show I have ever attended. I was able to meet and compete with some great bodybuilders and I brought my best conditioning. Thanks for all the support!

yes, we did do the show together last year! This year, I got to judge, which was so much fun!!!! You look great and congrats on such a successful show! I'm at Cal Fit sunrise, so if you are ever over this way, come say hi!

I agree 100% we WILL join them in the WNBF pro ranks...to be honest looking at the pics and vids...only thing separating me and you from Jeff, Alberto, Brad, and Moji...is a little less bodyfat...I think either one of us drops 3-5lbs of bodyfat and we got pro status!!!
