Just starting a massing program, trying to get over 200 lbs for the first time.
|
Finally starting to mass back up after increasing calories yet again. Having a much more difficult time gaining than last time. Taking a week off to let the body recuperate as it's been a pretty harsh 5 months so far. Rest is good!

Starting to mass. Over 200 pounds for the first time in my life. Bodyfat is continuing to drop, but weight is increasing.

All time high weight. Starting to like the results, but almost done with a massing phase and going to transition to a cutting phase to get bodyfat down to single digits.

First week of cutting after hitting a high of 213. Now down to 206 and in the 9% bodyfat range. Starting to see slow progress in the ab region. Never had a six-pack before, so that is definitely a goal.

5th week of cutting; down to 196 from a high of 213 from massing. Hit my goal of being in the mid-7s for bodyfat. Calipered today at 7.48%! 3 weeks to go, but I will be easing back into a massing cycle by Aug 9th.

Stuck at 204; have increased caloric intake to @4,700 daily clean with a 25/50/25 spread of protein/carbs/fats.

Took 2 weeks to even start massing back up after my cutting phase. The pounds are very slowly starting to come back up; found my ideal caloric intake and balance of macronutrients.
