goed nieuws - zolang je terug on track kan geraken is het goed!
gaat hier goed - terug aan het bulken, met wat resultaten hoewel ik er weer fatter uit zie...
I am doing good. I am loosing about 2 pounds a month now. I had platued for a while so I am very happy to be making progress. You will have to put up some new progress pics when you get a chance. That helps me to stay motivated knowing that I have to post pics every once in a while.
Diet is definitly he hardest part. i just came to look at it as if i want to look a certain i have to eat a certain way. If i dont there s no way to achieve it. Kind of like a getting from point A to point B thing
gaat goed! ben terug heel hard bezig ! moet wat spiermassa kweken in de komende maanden - dieet moet aangepast worden! maar ik wil proberen lean te blijven!
I just try to stick to veggies and proteins. Here in the Netherlands veggies are very cheap and I have my ways of getting cheap proteins.
I plan to study Physiotherapy starting September. I'm just waiting for my final approval coming in next week (hopefuly).
Diet tips? Ummm, just eat smart, do some research on nutrition and if you question whether or not it's good or bad, don't get it (there's plenty of alternatives). I study pre-med/biology, how about you? What do you plan on studying?
Oh and even though it is tempting, DO NOT GIVE IN TO JUNK FOOD!!! I know that it is cheap and tastes oh so good but I don't eat fast food, junk food, and I try and stay away from soda.
I go for whey protein, but sometimes I'll pay a couple dollars more for some better quality/tasting stuff. As for food yeah I eat veggies, also eggs(their protein is really close to that of our own body's protein, so they are some of the best protein sources for us) and milk are cheap enough.
