10- You start off in a pyriamid formation and decrease the reps and increase the weight as needed.I find this program to be very effective in weight and strength gains vs. a 4 set 10 rep workout.The workout concludes with an extra set of 10 to add repitition as well to the workout and bring definition into your strength gains.
