How I Started:
I got serious with it after my freshmen season, a senior told me how and what to do, and now here I am.
Why I Love It:
Because I see the results when I do well on the mat. And the chicas.
How I Stay Motivated:
Because I feel obligated to work my ass off so that I not only win for me but for my team and my coaches. State and Sectional Championships before I graduate, I want my name on a banner.

My goal is to be the best wrestler possible. I want to be the guy that the younger guys look up too. I want to be so physically fit that i can join the special forces when i turn 18 or that i can be a successful college wrestler. Right now im focusing on increasing muscle mass and strength then during the season ill cut body fat.

Think of your opponent do every thing longer,harder,heavier,and better than he would. Want it more and when you face your opponant dont just beat him destroy him

Sorry the delay in the answer. I think it's better to use a gainer for your goal. You could try CytoSport Cyto Gainer. but remember the most important it's your diet.

that sucks bro, i've never got ringworm yet and im trying to stay as far away as possible from it lol. I've already had one tournament so far, came in 4th but i wasn't pleased with my performace, so im just going to train my ass off this week :)

whey isolate, its high quality whey protein i like 100% whey by optimum nutrition, but if you like nitrotech an it doesnt give you lot of water weight then go with it.

yeah i meant stacking, thats good progress with your supplements, but you shouldn't take nitro tech hardcore during cutting cycle at least if you compete in bodybuilding shows because you have to get the water out but if you don't its fine.

not sure i have never measured my bodyfat i had abs since i was nine so as long they show im happy. I agined most of my fat by junk food and beer.

yeah i tried it, i used it for a month i took it soon as i woke up in the morning it did help me add size but i didnt gain 16 pounds in 5 weeks like the product claimed more like 10 pounds. but it tastes great, the cinnamon bun flavor one of the best weight gainers.
