The rush, the high you get when you step through the doors and knowing it's you against the machines, and I'm a competition "freak" so it feeds my need to compete daily! It's the one place I can completely tune out everything else in the world(work, bills, etc), I guess you can say it's my place of "Zen"! Also to be as healthy as I can posibly be.When you look good you feel good! And even Better than that...Why Not, Why be overweight and out of shape?!?!?!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing Results! As well as others who get motivated and/or inspired to live healthy by seeing the change of lifestyle I made to live Healthier
BB Accomplishments:
Started at a 210 Lbs "mess" in May 2008 and so far it's now Jan 2009 and I'm back down to 168 Lbs and alot better shape then I was in. Still Got work to do though!!!
I love it when all of the "pretenders"(ones who come to the gym but don't really do anything at all) stare at you like you're CRAZY because you're hitting the weights like an animal! Funny thing is that they don't seem to realize that's why I continue to get results and they still...
Same here man. Lifting heavier for right now and putting on as much as I can the right way. With the weather flip-flopping like it's doing, folks here are getting sick and I'm trying to avoid them!
I hear you bruh. Training is going ok for me. I'm about to go into bulking mode now finally. But, just strictly concentrating on putting on lean muscle.
