thanks. My legs just seem to respond and keep size while dieting. Definitely #1- heavy squatting has built them, been doing them since high school. Also, lots of supersets and dropsets on ext, hacks, some lunges etc. I've changed it up so many times, no real set routine. Good build for 15, keep it up.
