How I Started:
I started lifting weights my sophmore year in High School when i took a weight training class, at first i didnt know much about bodybuilding until i started reading FLEX magazine and found out about Bodybuilding.com. I started Bodybuilding seriously in 2004.
Why I Love It:
I can't imagine doing anything else, eating healthy and exercising is the best thing anyone could do for themselves.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just the thought of being physically average keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
2007 NC Junior State Bodybuilding, finished 2nd in the teens.
2008 NC State placed 3rd in the mens
novice middelweight.
Won the novice tall class at the 2008 INBF Natural Atlantic Coast.

Do you currently have a workout partner?
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I can train a lot heavyer on the Bench and other free weight exercises without worrying about getting stuck when reaching muscle failure.
What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
Half inch squatters, people who spend more time talking than working out.
Do you socialize while at the gym?
