Thought I was 190lbs, looked at scale and saw 226! :O...that was the lastday of the old me...

BB Accomplishments:
nothing really yet..I was a 230lbs Fat guy, basically the fat guy my whole life..and in 1yr, excatly 12months, I lost 60lbs of fat, and gained a whole lotta muscle...
That's whats up...I'm on that same 5 day training, with a 6th day for extra cardio, do it up bossman, its a everlasting goal, once you reach one you keep going to reach another, and another one

He he, yeah, we can do the contest thing if you want. LMAO, and you have a clear advantage. I'm actually trying to go down in weight (well fat) first so during all that time you can be doing all the gaining.

Its possible man. You've just got to put on 22 more lbs of leanness. As I typed that I said to myself, well, I think you're shooting for 215 like I'm shooting for 230 even though at the moment I'm at like 195, but I can hope to dream.
He he, surprisingly my arms are bigger at this weight. Eh, bodybuilding is weird like that though.
