Fishoutofwater Hey man, I work up today, frank a litre of water over and hour. I had two poached eggs and piece of 12 grain bread for breakfast. waited a half hour and hit the treadmill. 225cal in 30 minutes. Then I did 3 reps of 10 on the pulldown thingy. ( the machine the warks your back and biceps; not sure what its called) Im not having a shake with 30g of whey protein isolate and frozen fruit.
