How I Started:
Well I thought I would drop in and atleast give a rundown on why I haven't been online in awhile.
First things first. I am exercising again, I am trying to walk 3 miles a day. Weights are involved but not as much as I'd like. Trying to drink my bodyweight in ounces to replenish my skin cause it feels dry.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get when I get out or done with workingout. Even though I have some pounds to lose, I still feel like a pro.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just want to fulfil my goal before my 21st birthday. I would be so proud.

yeah but you can do it, you just have to keep heart when you mess up, just get right back on track. i'm still trying to get it down - hardest is birthdays and holidays - or later on at night.
you can definitely reach your goal. good luck and, I wouldnt suggest taking pics every few days but rather a couple weeks to a month. you really see the progress then.
