I started out in high school and college but I am just now starting to seriously hit my body so that I can make great strids towards my goals and help to completely transform my body into something that I can be proud of.
Why I Love It:
I love getting into the gym and feeling like I have accomplished so much while I was in the gym. I think that transforming your body, staying healthy, and always striving for something better is a healthy part of life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror and not being happy. Getting up in the morning and being so sore that I can barely move lol. The music, gotta have the music.
BB Accomplishments:
Still holding a large amount of records from my previous school for lifting.
Transform my body to around 6% body fat and keep my muscle mass.
Goal (Long):
I would like to continue my education and get a personal training ceritfication to better myself with my excercises and proper dieting. I want to have a solid 8 week bulking stage followed by an 8 week shredding stage. I would really like to get my 6 pack back as well. :-)
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
6%

Well basically I'm working on a 12 week program which consists of 12 weeks of bulk and 12 weeks of shredding. I have gained 19 pounds in the 12 weeks and about 2 % body fat which I am VERY happy with, but now it's time to shred. I should lose some weight but still continue to have my muscle...
Thank you so much! I am going to try the cold shower. I go in the am and have a hard time getting going then. I would do the music thing but I bring my little ones to the gym. Your progress is awesome! Lookin solid! Keep it up!
