i like relish on my tuna to. usually i get a unfrozen pack of lean ground turkey. You can also get them in premade patties that are ready to cook but you just gotta make sure they are lean. also forgot to mention i eat allot of natty PB. sometimes when im bored with oatmeal or need something different i make some whole wheat toast and spread some natty PB on it

mmm tuna, its perfect but it can get very boring xD. so far i have been eating stuff like whole wheat wraps, turkey (turkey burgers!), chicken, refried beans, tons of fresh fruit, and veggies. I also like the nature's promise line of bread at stop and shop. The Multi-grain one has no refined sugar, 4g of protein, and 6 g of dietary fiber per slice. One slice is 100 calories with 2g of fat, none of which is saturated or trans and it is damn good with some tuna or almost anything on it.
