i actually just buy some white albacore tuna and open a can, drain it, and put ketchup/relish on it, it tastes pretty good to me, and at like 37g protein/can, you cant go wrong. have to try those turkey burgers, you get them frozen or what? and that bread sounds good, ill have to check publix or something, thats nice cause i try to keep the high GI carbs limited to pwo only. skim milk, cottage cheese, eggs, chicken breast, and tuna lol, all staples of my diet XD.
hey man nothin much working on the whole lifting thing, i live off tuna and chicken breast lmao, i feel like im gettin pretty cut though and ive added 10 lbs to my bench. whats up with you?
