Background

When I Started: Dec 2005
HOW I STARTED:

My older brother started lifting weights before me when I was playing on a football team. During the last game of the season I suffered a minor shoulder injury. So after the season ended I waited until my shoulder almost fully healed, then I began bodybuilding with my brother. I was already pretty strong for my age unlike my brother, so I decided that I would probably be pretty good at it.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It gives me something to do that feels rewarding. Although it gets tough sometimes, its still something I enjoy.

Sunday Workout-12/3/06

Sorry I haven't been posting in awhile. But todays Sunday, a perfect day to write a post. I went to Golds at 4 oclock and found out that it closed at 5 oclock. So I did chest and part of abs there, then went home and finished the workout. Golds gym Workouts

I haven't been keeping track of my workouts. But all of them have been at Golds Gym. Last Sunday I think I pulled a back muscle, so it has been hurting, but hopefully it will heal soon.
