How I Started:
My older brother started lifting weights before me when I was playing on a football team. During the last game of the season I suffered a minor shoulder injury. So after the season ended I waited until my shoulder almost fully healed, then I began bodybuilding with my brother. I was already pretty strong for my age unlike my brother, so I decided that I would probably be pretty good at it.
Why I Love It:
Because after you finish a workout, you feel like you have accomplished something great! And also you get to see yourself make progress in strength and muscle growth.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just try to think of what I am going to look and how strong I am going to be when I'm older. And also by seeing progress, especially in strength gains.
BB Accomplishments:
I have added over 120 pounds to my bench press in 2.5 years.
To try and get up to 180 pounds. I want to try and get as strong and big as I can for the next contest later, hopefully at the end of the year.
Goal (Long):
To be Mr. Olympia and also to break the world record in the bench press and to be world's strongest man, but still have maximum definition. Similar to strong man Mariusz.
Sorry I haven't been posting in awhile. But todays Sunday, a perfect day to write a post. I went to Golds at 4 oclock and found out that it closed at 5 oclock. So I did chest and part of abs there, then went home and finished the workout. Here's what I did:

hey i've just started. you've got strong looking forearms, what do you do to build those? i've got a day of arm workouts but i can't really figure much work for forearms.
