Do you currently have a workout partner?
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
My problem is getting to the gym, once I'm there I'm fine. My gym partner is really good at reinforcing that.
Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Pros: It's close to my house. I work late and can get there quickly.
Cons: Its usually packed.
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I definitely dont grunt loudly. I think its inappropriate and people only do it to show off.
