When I Started:
Jun, 1999
How I Started:
I was always the biggest kid in class. I was always involved in sports I played baseball for 14 years, football throughout highschool and college and I still play softball and football in leagues back home. I started working out once I began playing football in high school though.
Why I Love It:
I wish there was more of an "About Me" section here. I'm a normal person, I'm not a bodybuilder, I'm not a robot or a slave to the gym. I dont have veins exploding over veins. I'm a normal guy that wants to be fit and look awesome. I'm not in bad shape but I can always look better and feel better. I used to eat whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted and I felt it was time to be a little cautious of what I put in my body. I feel the majority of the people on here are normal people with motivation issues. If anyone needs some advice or a little motivation on days they dont feel like doing anything but really should, just let me know.
I love to watch my strength and muscle gains. I love feeling sore, knowing what I'm doing is working. I love the struggle during my last reps to failure. I love how after a workout, something so light as 20 pounds can feel like 70 pounds because my muscles are shot. I love seeing results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated is hard for everyone. I need to have a gym buddy.
BB Accomplishments:
When I was in highschool I legpressed 1,000 pounds. That was a pretty cool accomplishment.

Goal (Long):
I want to lose body fat and gain more muscle in the process... I want to look good, feel good and be a healthy person. There is no timeline as to when I want to achieve it because I want this to be a complete lifestyle change.
Now, I know I should be taking in 1g of protein per pound of body weight, I just have a hard time doing it. I have shakes, I eat lean meat, I do the right things... but I weigh 265 pounds and I have trouble getting 200 g, let alone 265 grams each day. Does anyone have any advice? For some of...
Oh man, I just got a new workout from my friend Fred that's probably gonna kill me before it makes me stronger lol, but I can't wait. Went through it last night with my husbands help to see if I could do all the exercises properly and then starting tonight. My body is gonna be pissed at me, lol.
