Need to increase my speed and power while still increasing size and strength and keeping a lean physique... pretty much everything then.
Goal (Long):
My current weight and bf% (altho not massively accurate) 13st 3 (185lbs) and 13-15% BF.
Would like to get up to 14st 7 (200lbs) and a BF at 10-12%
I would like to get my bench back up to 140kg and my squat back up to 220kg, have previously done these so they are within me!
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Not asking for professional advice, if i had asked someone to help me id be 3 yrs further advanced than i am now... enough said.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Get help! Ask a respected pro (there are too many fakers out there). Give it 12 weeks of help and you will know enough to train for a year or so without any help. Rugby is a great sport and good to hear us aussies representing. My gym is full of Maori's and Fijian rugby players..they are like 3x of me naturally -b'stds haha. I live in Perth and more their is a huge english popluation ere...all soccer mad though and awesome people.
