Here's a secret diet that Fredrick C.Hatfield came up with. I used it and gained 20pounds in a little under 3 months. Here's what you do: Eat more calories (about double the amount you are eating right now) for about 4-5days, then eat normal for 1-2 days. Repeat process. This way you will gain a pound of muscle and fat, then you will lose the fat and you will be left with muscle :)
