Background
Training for high school sports such as football, wrestling and track and field. Played some college ball as well. Then began to train others at local gyms, etc. Since then I've trained very sporadically. When I'm into it, I go all out, but on occasion I've encountered injuries and lack of motivation that halted my training. I am now returning after a 6-year layoff. I am pleased thus far with the amount of drive and success I've had since my return to the iron. My primary goal right now is to transform my body to a level it has never been.
I like the power of manipulating my body. It drastically improves my mood and makes life more enjoyable. I get a twisted satisfaction from the feeling of lactic acid build-up and the drained feeling of my muscles after an intense workout.
