Well at first i was ballplayer but after so many injures i stop playing on elit level and just played for fun during the summer. But after a whil i felt very weak and sore in in diffrent places on my body such as may elbows and knees. One of my friends told me to lift some weights and from that day i didn´t fell any pain... soo now i cant stop becues i love it.
Why I Love It:
I love Bodybuilding becuse it have givin me more then I could dream of more eyes on me and more confidence. And a better healt...
How I Stay Motivated:
I buy magazins and i look at my before pics and just move on. And there where many who thought that i wouldent make it but i showed them and my self.
BB Accomplishments:
Well i can only say for the time being is that started working out.

this was taken befor i started to lift weights for real... i felt so skiny that i hade to make a change... weighed around 152 pounds..
this is me a year later i weighed around 181 pounds...
hell no att jag ska tävla jag vill inte vara smal jag vill bara bli mer fast runt magen och armarna that's it..
ja jag tyckte att jag kände igen dig..

ah men du ser bra ut nu också.

training is going well. i got a little side tracked due to my work schedule but now im back on track. im at a comfortable point with my body to begin lifting again but i think i will hold off until mid march. I know for sure i will be on track then! thanks for checking up on me...
