Relaxed on the Jersey shore. At this time I was doing a four day per week maintenance split.

175 lbs. and 12% bodyfat.
One year makes a big difference: I am not quite as lean this year as I was last year at the beach, but I have added about 15 lbs. of lean mass in the past few months and I am very pleased with my progress thus far.

This was taken 16 weeks into my first ever bulk. I went from 160 lbs. and 11% bodyfat to 177 lbs. and 13% bodyfat.
