Interesting. This could also be the reason people who stop training then start again, gain most of their size back rather fast. The fascia has already been stretched out.

It really depends on your metabolism. Some people can eat whatever whenever and not get fat, while others can look at a donut and gain weight.

Things like pizza, burgers, fried foods. Pretty much anything that isn't steak/chicken breast, eggs, veggies, nuts/fruits/veggies.

For cheat meals man, during a bulk phase I eat 1-3 cheat meals a day. For a cutting diet however, I'd say one a week.

Actually haven't trained in like two weeks. My shoulders have been giving me problems. Should be good again soon. Looks like yah started like this month? Not bad, learn as much about nutrition as you can and follow a good diet from the start and you should make some good gains your first year. Good luck.

Thanks man, to be honest I've been having a lot of shoulder problems recently and haven't trained in like a week or two. Looks like your weights been going up nice and steady tho so that means good lean mass you'll keep for a long time.

Wow a V-tamper...I didn't know that was still a part of bodybuilding hahaha. Now a days everyone you see has a 34 inch waist. Size doesn't look bad for 170 pounds.

Not much, just figured I'd find some people around my size and age. Maybe one of us will have some sort of useful info that would help progress.

If yer lookin for some serious bulking powder try Universal gain fast 3100. It's got 150g protein per servin as well as 3105 calories. I see that you use a lot of Muscletech shit.... I know I am not just speakin for myself when I say that they are a horrible company who cares more about how good their ads look and how many pages they can take up as opposed to the quality of their products. Later on
