Why I Love It: Bodybuilding has taught me a lot about myself and the importance of working for something you really want.
How I Stay Motivated: Personal goals....I'm never going back to the way I used to be.
BB Accomplishments: Well....with my change in body composition throughout the past year or so, I've gained about 35 lean pounds. I need more work on certain areas tho before I will be ready to step on a stage.
