Growing up I always used to watch the Arnold movies, the Hercules TV shows, all the comic book superhero cartoons, and I always new I wanted to have a physique like them some day. I never got serious into weight training until my senior year of high school, which is when I took a weight lifting class. From that day on I have been consistent in the gym 4-6 days a week.
Why I Love It:
It challenges me physically as well as mentally. Every day is a new experience, and every day I learn something new.
How I Stay Motivated:
Every morning when I get up and look in the mirror I am disgusted. As soon as I am satisfied with what I see, I have lost the battle.
BB Accomplishments:
Taking 3rd place in 2 divisions at my first show.
