I've been involved in physical fitness since i was about 16. I worked out moderately and read a lot about it. I didnt start taking it serious until around May of '06.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of my muscles burning while working out. I like seeing the results of a month of hard work. I like being stronger and more in shape over-all.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reviewing the Workout Journal to see the progress that I've made.
Always striving to beat PRs.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I've had a few injuries. The only real serious one was a grade 2 back sprain. Injury last about 2-3 months (from grade 1 sprain, to grade 2, then recovery). It would have been less, but i kept aggravating the injury each week when i went to the gym to do my normal Back workout.
In order to recover, i took a one month break from all lifting. Then after one month i started going back to the gym to resume my normal workout routine, with the exception of my Back workout which i further delayed for another 2 weeks.I've had a few injuries. Here is my latest workout program. Basic 5 day split, incorporating all muscle groups. Just started doing it on March 24th, 2008. This is just a basic layout, i will use different intensity techniques wherever i feel like using them, but they vary too much so i won't bother listing them....
BIG, quite a coincidence too that your weight and bf is just about what my short term goal is atm. My arms are no where near as big as your unfortunately. =[
