Standing Overhead Press: 3x5
Power Cleans: 5x3
Each workout goes up at least 5lbs in weight as long as the reps for every set are completed. Alternate workouts on non consecutive days: Mon, Wed, and Fri.
Pretty simple routine at gaining strength.
