What Bodytrain Is Up To:
Nov 12, 2009
Bodytrain changed Body Fat from 11.2% to 10.5%, a loss of 0.7 percentage point in 11 days
Once reaching my initial goal of thinning down, I lost interest in maintaing that and began to put on weight once again. This time, I'm back on track and have set the goal higher. I would like to reach a "paper thin" competitive look which I have been unable to achieve to date.

The last few pounds are a bitch to lose. Dial down carbs even more, add more cardio. Are you doing refeeds to prevent your body going into starvation avoidance mode?
Sometimes it's hard to "see" a lot of progress in just a month, though I can tell you have defined your back somewhat. The results you think you're not seeing might just be appearing in other areas first. Keep at it, and you'll see more.
