Melda, I hope you take lots of pictures during your transformation! That is where the money is.... I can still kick myself for NOT saving the SUPER fat pics.... But, $10,000 was really nice.... P90X is no horsing around... it is intense, but you see results real quickly.... I would not wait if I am you!

ok - any tips on bad knees and getting started? What about cold weather? Do you run on a treadmill... I hate those.... It is already to cold out here - or do you put warmer clothes on and just take the punch?

How long are you into jogging? I really try to do that.... but boy.... I just can't commit to get started..... is there a easy way to get started? How many times do you workout in a day?
