To compete in the Las Vegas Fitness Show in November 2009!!
Goal (Long):
All of my life I have been wanting to have a body that I can be proud of. When I was a child I would look up to Miss South Africa (I am from SA) and wish that I could be as sexy and lean as her. I don't want to settle for being average! I want to have a six pack (I know it's there somewhere) and feel confident around my customers. I want sexy shoulders with no sleeves. I would like to be 130 pounds, with 12% body fat, and be able to do at least 30 pull-ups. I know with full dedication I can do this and compete for the first time!
