How I Started:
Wanted to Max my PT TEST. Linked up with another solider whose done it for many years, and got my inspiration and good workout/nutrition basics from him.
Why I Love It:
The gym is the freedom from my aggression. The sense of pride when the gains come and the "runners high" after squats and cardio.
Ok, maybe i'm not fat, but i am outta shape. I've lost alot of what i had. I haven't worked out since March of 08. In that time i got married, PCS'd, Changed jobs, got depolyed. You would think me being deployed i'd get ripped in the gym. Oh no, first month i got fat as hell they fed...
Hey! Yeah I know. I have been gone for a bit. I not only let myself get derailed, I didn’t dish out the encouragement to my friends. I apologize. I know I don’t have to but I have found that my friends help me stay on track and I hope I do you as well. So please forgive me for abandoning you and fill me in on what you have been up to these last couple of months. How are your workouts? Diet? Motivation? What are you looking forward too? Have your goals changed?
I know you can rumble with the best of them. Yeah I have supported my share of soldiers..they are all home now. They were thankful for the workout opportunities too. Stay strong. Shoot me an email anytime. Oh and thanks for serving.
Hmmm three weeks huh? thats not good. It you were my partner it would be grounds for punishement. LOL You need to do something. Have you tried the 10 minute programs? They are nto the same as some serious iron lifting but they give you a good short workout to keep you going. They are made for travelers. I have been doing ok with the exception of my diet. I am getting damn good at pushups. LOL Anyway. Let me know how I can help.
