Just hitting the gym 3 times a week now i hit it 4-5 times a week.
Why I Love It:
ah man, body building is the best sport in the world...whats not to love.
How I Stay Motivated:
how do i stay motivated...well, i know that nothing in life is supposed to just come to me so..once i accepted that the rest just kinda started to fall into place.
BB Accomplishments:
well...as of right now I'd say its my overall body fat percentage changing rather dramatically.
I Started out at 185 about 2 months ago and i now weigh 170..im trying to lower my body fat perecentage and join a body building competition in the near future.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb

6%
