I am currently looking for mass, period.
I am prescribing to Mike Mentzer's principles on Heavy Duty Training: which is predicated on the idea of reaching complete muscle failure, by means of one High Intensity set per exercise. Not only did Mike train like this to win the Mr. America contest, but Dorian Yates also utilized a version of these principles during his Mr O. reign.
Day one: Back
Wide pull downs 1 - 20 warm-up
Wide pull downs 1 - HI drop set
Deadlift - 1 - HI drop set
Day two: Chest
Incline bench press 1 - 20 warm-up
Incline bench press 1 - HI drop set
Decline bench press 1 - HI drop set
Day three: Thighs / Hammies / Calves
Smith Machine Leg Press 1 - warm-up
Smith Machine Calf Press 1 - warm-up
Smith Machine Leg Press 1 - HI drop set
Smith Machine Calg Press 1 - HI drop set
Stiff legged deadlift 1 - warm-up
Stiff legged deadlift 1 HI drop set
Day four: Shoulders
Military press 1 - warm-up
Military press 1 - HI drop set
Day five: Biceps / Triceps / Forearms(Bi and Tri supersets)
Standing dumbell curls 1 - warm-up
Rope tricep pushdowns 1 - warm-up
Standing dumbell curls 1 - HI drop set
Rope tricep pushdowns 1 - HI drop set
Day Six: Start rotation over
I will continue with this type of High Intensity Training until Mid to the End of January where I will then switch back to Blood Volume training.

-Initially, I lost weight and have been significantly lean as a result ever since.
